The Proposed Process & Timeline:

· Fabdesigns, Inc. is then setting up MNDAs with each interested party.

· Interested parties will have 30 days to review the prospectus, ask questions, investigate, and inform Fabdesigns, Inc. of any interest; an additional 30 to 60 days to negotiate their interest(s) and align resources for establishing a purchase agreement; subsequently resulting in transfer of the respective IP, and /or for legacy interests, potentially Fabdesigns, Inc. corporation, and access to all attorney’s files in Fabdesigns, Inc.’s possession upon payment.

All current client contracts and MNDAs are to be canceled, and no client contracts, data, or contact information will be conferred to buyer(s).
